Ok, so I'm a little behind on blogging. But heres what our pill situation looked like. It was driving me bonkers. So i cleaned up our dresser and hung a shelf i purchased a couple years ago that i never used. I think it worked great. Plus, that is my nightly regime. Mornings have 6 pills. Not terrible.
My Nightly Dosage looks like this:
1 Prenatal Vitamin
1 CoQ10
3 Estrodial
1 5000 mg D3 Vitamin
1 Low Dose Aspirin (Baby Aspirin)
1 Levothyroxin (For my Thyroid)
4 Folic Acid
